How Easyshoppa works

Easyshoppa saves you precious time by connecting you with our delivery angels in your local area who will pick up and deliver items from your chosen stores to your door in as little as one hour. Some stores offer a pick up option.

Create an account and start shopping immediately from the comfort of your home with your mobile phone or computer.

  • Choose from a local store

Easyshoppa partners with local ethnic grocery stores to bring you a wide range of ethnic products. We are working to constantly increase our partner stores to bring the widest range of products possible.

  • Schedule delivery

At Easyshoppa, you can schedule a delivery for an hour or for a future date to fit your your schedule. Delivery times are subject to individual store opening hours.

  • Get your groceries

Our shopper angels will deliver your groceries to your door or you can choose to pick up at an allocated time to suit you.

How to place an order

  • Select a store

You can search for a store in one of two ways

  • Click on the Select Location drop down at the top right hand corner
  • Enter your post code or address and choose a search radius
  • Click Select Location or Locate Me (This will only work if you have given your browser permission to use your location)
  • OR
  • Click on the Store tab, enter your post code, address and search radius and click Find a Store.
  • Find your item

You can either search for a specific item you’re looking for or browse by category.

  • Add items to your cart

Add items to your cart by clicking +Add or Add. You can also adjust item quantity by using the + or - buttons.

  • Items sold by weight

Items shown by weight are displayed on the product name. Note that when you use adjust using the + or – buttons, you are actually adjusting the weight in the unit specified in the product name. For example, if the product name has (Per Kg) that means it is sold per kg and any quantity selected will be number of kgs i.e. selecting 2 means you are ordering 2kg of the product.

Where it is not possible to get the exact weight specified, your order will be packed to the nearest weight and any refunds issued.

  • Review your cart

You can check what’s in your cart anytime while you’re shopping by clicking the Cart icon at the top right hand corner. You can also view your item total, adjust quantities or remove items from your cart.

  • Checkout

When you’re ready to check out, visit your cart and click the Checkout button.

  • Select or enter your billing and delivery address.
  • Choose a delivery or pick-up window. If you have items in your cart from more than one store, you’ll need to choose a delivery or pick-up window separately for each store.
  • On the Review Order tab, select Seller Notes to add notes for the seller. This could be any information you feel will help the seller fulfil your order such specifying any substitutions or specifications.
  • Select Delivery Notes to add information for the delivery personnel. This could be any information you feel will help the delivery personnel in the delivery of your order such possible drop off locations or highlight any issues with finding your property.
  • Select payment method to make payment and complete the order.
Items not available for delivery

The following items are not available for delivery:-

  • Electronics
  • Appliances
  • Furniture
  • Age restricted products including nicotine and over the counter products containing nicotine
  • Lottery tickets
  • Gift cards


Replacement or out of stock items

Sometimes the item you want might be out of stock. When this happens, our shopper angel will contact you to ask if you want them to replace with another item or you’d prefer not to replace and get a refund instead.

Click and collect

Click and collect is offered by some stores. Select Self Pick Up during check out, select a pickup time and collect your order at the store at the allotted time.

  • Item Availability

Any items that are available for delivery are also available for pickup. For orders with alcohol, you’ll need to bring a valid form of ID when you pick up your order.

  • When to pickup

Your order will be ready to pick up at the time you requested when you placed your order. Please follow the pickup instructions you received and remember to bring your phone with you to get notifications about your order. This is only available at stores that offer this service.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order if our shopper angel hasn’t begun shopping. To cancel your order

  • Log into your account
  • Click on My Orders under Orders and find the required order
  • Click on the X icon to cancel
  • You will receive your refund into your payment card within 5 working days


Receiving your delivery

To make sure you get your delivery as scheduled, we suggest you keep your phone on so our delivery angels can contact you either during the shopping process for replacements or if they are having problems finding your address.

Problems with your order?

If you have any problems with your order such as missing, incorrect or damaged items or late deliveries, please contact us as we are able to resolve most problems quite quickly.

Rescheduling a delivery

To reschedule your delivery, please contact customer services.

Contactless delivery

Contactless delivery is a designed to increase the health and safety of our customers. Our delivery angels will stay at a distance when they deliver your items.

Delivery fees

Our standard delivery fee is £5.99.

Account information

You can update your personal details including your delivery address and phone number from your dashboard by logging into your account.
